UVa undergraduates Sophia Schroeder and Robert Kohlhaas have joined the soil biogeochemistry lab!

Sophia is tackling issues related to acid mine drainage of former iron, sulfur, zinc, and gold mines in the Lake Anna Watershed.

Robert will be tackling the complex issues of toxic metals and excessive P in streams across central Virginia.
